V&A Collections app for iPhone and iPad

This app lets you search over a million records in the V&A Museums collections using keywords, material, names and places. You can also use your phones geolocation capabilities to find objects that relate to a location near you.

Search the Collections is a working database that the V&A is building continuously. Some records have minimal information; others are very detailed. Some have high quality photographs; some have more basic images; others have yet to be photographed.

The database is updated regularly and we hope to update this app with new features. We look forward to hearing your thoughts and feedback.
